Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed).
  • Include all tags and original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@ottlebottle.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom orders.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to process a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
