Ottle stands behind the quality and durability of our products. We are committed to providing you with a hydration companion that meets your expectations. If your Ottle product experiences a manufacturing defect, we are here to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

Ottle offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects, such as faulty materials or workmanship.
  • Structural damage not caused by misuse or neglect.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration from regular use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Modifications or repairs not performed by Ottle.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at support@ottlebottle.com with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • Photos or a description of the defect.
  • Your contact information.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product or receiving a replacement. Please note that shipping costs for returning the product are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Resolution

At our discretion, Ottle will repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Replacement products may be of equal or similar value if the original product is no longer available.

Additional Information

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Ottle or an authorized retailer. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
